Als Trainer & Sales developer, wordt u verantwoordelijk van het netwerk of verkopers in Belgïe, hun coaching en resultaten, en ontwikkel het zicht en partnerschappen van het bedrijf in Vlaanderen.

As they are growing worldwide, they are searching for someone to become the person between the independent sellers and the head quarters, to inspire and lead them plus to search areas of geographical development in Belgium.
- As a Trainer for the independent sales people, your role is to coordinate the team, to inspire and coach them, to lead them into the best sales practices, to follow the set up actions, to analyse the results, to be on the field when needed, etc.
- As a Developer, your role is to analyse the opportunities and put in place different actions (press relations, seminars, fairs, workshops, etc.) in order to grow the company's visibility and long term partners.
- To do so, you will work from home, on the road and wherever you are required to be for your mission to be effective !
- Has strong soft skills : commercial drive, empathetic, enthusiastic, stress resistant, organised with a good sense of priorities and excellent communication skills
- Speaks Dutch perfectly and French fluently
- Has a first commercial experience and proven records of business development
- Has a creative and entrepreneurial mindset
- Has a leader attitude !
