Our customer is a well known national total ICT & Telecom Solutions provider covering Infrastructure services (Networking, Security & UCC), Cloud/Workplace Technologies, Managed Services/Outsourcing and Digital Transformation (IoT, etc).
Due to their growth in Belgium we are looking a skilled Service Delivery Manager.
- Take ownership of post sales customers’ relationships
- Accountable for SLA and KPI reporting
- Single point of contact for severe issue escalation
- Close working relationships with internal sales, finance and delivery team
- Proactive input on SLA and methodologies definition in presales phase
- Evangelize Service Management best practices
- Develop and maintain people network and relationships within assigned customers
- At least 10 years experience in IT Services
- A few years experience in Service Management supporting infrastructure projects
- Excellent knowledge in ITIL and general Service Management
- Good experience in multiple customer relationships
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in French or Dutch & English
- Salary 3 500 – 5 500 + company car + fringe benefits
