For our client, an international player in the power systems market, we are looking for a Sales Manager Power Systems to conquer the Belgian market.
As a Sales Manager Power Systems, the purpose of your job is to establish and maintain strong relationships with your clients. Your job is to use your market knowledge and existing customer relationships to make introductions and find potential orders. The job consist 75% farming and 25% hunting, and the clients will be mostly utility and big industrial clients. To engage the customers with the plant, you'll need to be flexible in bringing them to the headquarters in Ireland.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Sales & Marketing or Engineering and has at least 5 years of relevant experience in the electrical industry. A technical affinity with this market is needed to inform the client as well as for internal communication. Next to having a real commercial and strategic vision, you aren't afraid to take initiative and are able to respond quickly and flexibly to different situations. To negotiate and convince your clients, you'll use your excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English, in spoken and written communication.
