For our client, a key player in the motorcycle sector, we are looking for a Sales Manager BeNeLux to join the sales team.
As a Sales Manager for the section Motorcycles, you'll be responsible for controlling the operations regarding the motorcycles in the Benelux region. This means that you will work out an ambitious sales strategy in cooperation with the Motorcycle Division Manager, to whom you'll also directly report. Next, you'll translate the strategy into concrete objectives, which you will implement and follow up in cooperation with different divisions. Because your knowledge of the market, you'll analyze it and know how to respond to it. Together with your team of 2 area sales managers, you'll do the follow-up of your dealer network and support them if needed.
The ideal candidate holds at least a bachelor's degree or is equal by experience. You have a couple of years' experience as a Sales or Key Account Manager and want to grow into a position of Sales Manager. You have experience in managing a sales team or are known to handle a project. Next to this, you have a great analytic mind that's able to give a commercial direction on the basis of data. To do this, Excel mustn't have any secrets for you. To handle the BeNeLux region, a knowledge of Dutch, French and English is mandatory, both written and spoken. As a final requirement, the ideal candidate is in the possession of a motorcycle license (or is prepared to get it).
