- You provide presales support to adequately evaluate the scope and costs of the projects (governance, PMP, task schedule, resource allocation, cost breakdown,...)
- You promote the projects internally (bid consultant, presales, sales) as well as externally (vendor, contractor, clients,...)
- You identify new opportunities and influence the sale by conducting business conversations with current clients
- You're able to make clear presentation and negotiate with all the stakeholders during all the phases of the projects
- You lead the project members
- You ensure the project is delivered on time and following the budget forecasted by ensuring the quality criteria are applied and respected
- You communicate with all the stakeholders about the progress of the project but also of all the variations who could occur
- You're able to understand the basic principle in accounting to be able to manage the project budget you own as well as able to improve the margin
- You write qualitative documents (minutes, mails, slides, summary, project plans,...)
- You manage the client satisfaction, commitment and expectation as you act as the SPOC between the company and the clients
- You act as a leader and people manager within a matrixed environment and ensure your team members have all the tools in hand to correctly deliver the project
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management / Service Delivery in a technological service provider company
- You've already managed large projets ( > 500K euro)
- Excellent helicopter view in ICT Infrastructure (cloud, datacenter, security,...)
- Autonomous, positive and assertive
- You're trilingual: Dutch, French and English
- Relevant Certifications (PMP, PMI, Agile, Prince2)
- Salary based on your current experience (between 4000 - 5500 euro/month)
