Our client is a fast growing company active in Telecommunication/Cloud Integration.
Due to their growth we are hiring a Product Manager who will take ownership of End to End Solutions in Unified Communication and Cloud
- Manage the introduction of new solutions in the portfolio with partners and other internal departments (procurement, engineering, legal, marketing, operations, support, sales, presales)
- Identify market opportunities in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams
- Manage the lifecycle of solutions in accordance with the internal processes
- Define a go-to-market action plan with marketing (develop sales material, communicate to internal and external customers, etc.) as well as define the pricing strategy
- Ensure financial and operational monitoring of your solutions (P&L, Funnel, KPI reporting) as you have the ownership of the operational plan for your products
- Support sales and pre-ales with value proposals, demo presentations and customer support
- Contribute to the development of offers and specifications (answer to RFP for example)
- Support the after-sales cycle by listening to customer requests, guiding them and advising them on the use of solutions. Collecting feedback is essential to adapt solutions to the market
- Maintain a close relationship with suppliers (product evolution, escalate problems, negotiating prices and contracts together with the procurement department, defining joint-actions to stimulate sales, etc.)
- Participate in the development of the long-term portfolio strategy as part of the 3-year plan
- at least 5 years of experience in the field of ICT and cloud solutions
- You are trilingual (Dutch, French and English)
- You have a conceptual mindset combined with strong operational skills and a "Can Do" attitude
- You enjoy meeting clients and contribute to the achievement of sales targets and the maximization of our margins
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills and are able to convince and audience
- You are resistant to stress and are able to face new challenges every day by adjusting priorities
- You are a team player and will be the ambassador of our solutions
- You are able to analyze problems and find possible solutions
- You learn quickly and are open to continuously learn the news trends and technologies
- Salary 4 000 – 5 000 euro +company car + full package
