Your tasks will include: Secretarial support for 1 Managing Director & some Office Management Tasks Appointments with customers in office / outside office
Diary Management Organising conference calls Organising lunch in Office / Restaurants Inscriptions for conferences and off-site events Booking train / flight tickets Hotel bookings Filling of documents (on server / archive)
o Scanning / printing / binding documents Answering the telephone in a professional manner, taking accurate telephone messages and dealing with them in an appropriate and timely manner Hosting of clients / visitors from other countries Prepare meeting rooms Organising events (customers / employees) Find / buy year end gifts (customers / employees) Order office furniture
o Order some drinks (water, coffee etc … ) for the office
You have at least 4 years' experience in an administration or PA position You can work with Excel & Word.
You can manage your work on your own. Ability to work independently.
You speak fluently English, French and Dutch.
You are professional & mature
You are flexible, organized & assertive
