The Office Manager is one central role within my client's organisation. You will be in charge of the daily management of a team of 15 Management Assistants. You report to the HR & Operations Manager.
Our client is a prestigious international organisation easily reachable by Public Transport.
People Management of a Team of 15 people including:
- Act as a leader who motivates and develops a team of 15 people composed of Assistants, receptionists and facility assistant
- Make sure to deliver an excellent service to external as well as internal customer
- Coordinate, allocate and delegate the workload
Ad hoc projects related to Facility, Office Management and Real Estate Strategy
The ideal Office Manager has:
- Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Manager, preferably in an Office or Facility Manager
- Leadership skills
- Project Management experience
- Influencing capacity
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
- French is a nice to have
