For our client, a key-player in the security sector, Hays Sales is looking for a junior account manager that will join this company.
As a junior account manager in the security sector, you'll be responsible for a few things. First you'll get a portfolio of existing clients that you'll need to manage, but also prospect to find new clients and establish a good relationship with them. These clients will be mainly SME's with technicians that install security systems. Your function will be to convince the client to use your systems, this by providing them with the needed technical explanation. Your clients will be on national level, so you'll be mainly on the road to visit them. Next to this, you'll be able to plan your own agenda and work mainly from home.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial direction and has a first experience in a commercial role is needed, experience in security systems is a big plus. Next to this, a big technical affinity is crucial. As you'll cover whole Belgium, fluent communication skills in Dutch, French and English are needed. Finally, this company is looking for an autonomous, extravert and curious person that is very eager to conquer the market with his commercial skills.
