Role: IT Support Specialist
Location: Brussels, European Institution (Travel to Strasbourg few times in a year may be required)
- Incident analysis, first and second-line customer liaison with the purpose of maximizing the first call resolution rate
- First and second-line support: remote and on-site support
- Recording & tracking incident information
- Recording & tracking Problem information
- Participating in reconfiguration/installation of PC environment
- Documenting operational support procedures
- Drafting technical content for knowledge database
- Physical Token and Virtual Token delivery
- Mobile devices enrollment
- Testing and administration of applications
- Liaising with system administration and database administration for execution of administration tasks
You need to have:
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT support officer and user support.
- Very good knowledge of French.
- Experience in mobile support is a huge asset. (iOS, Android, Windows Surface, Airwatch, token RSA).
- An ITIL V3 Foundation certification is a must. In case you are not certified but have proven experience in ITIL, you must be willing to pass the certification during first months of the position.
- Very good skills in all of the MS office applications and Windows.
- Good communication skills
- Proactive and self-starter.
