In your role of IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical assistance given to the employees (60 users). You will manage 1st and 2nd line issues and you will take contact with suppliers to help you when needed. You will work on the hardware, software and network: installation, configuration and troubleshooting, monitoring of servers, firewall, VoIP, … On top of that, you will get room to work on projects (ticketing system, wireless projection system) and to manage budgets for the IT infrastructure.
To be successful in this job, it is required that you have 1-4 years' experience within an IT Support role. You have experience with Windows OS, Windows Server, AD, Office 365. The knowledge of Linux or Apple is considered as an asset. You have strong communication and problem solving skills and you can work autonomously and take initiatives when needed. Finally, you fluently speak English and one of the two national languages.
