As an Inside Account Manager, you’ll develop your own portfolio of clients and manage existing clients to expand the client base by selling ICT solutions and services. You’ll search for new business opportunities thanks to hunting, cross-selling, marketing or even referencing.
Our client is a well-known IT Integrator part of a larger industrial European group. Their local HQ is in the Walloon Brabant and they offer consulting, printing, support and technical services around Network, Security, Cloud, UCC, Managed Services to their clients.
Your daily tasks
- You will generate new sales and repeat sales. You will also identify opportunities to up-sell our solutions and services
- You will close sales deals by communicating quotes, by generating supportive sales documentation and by obtaining a sales order
- You will build long-term relationships with clients and show an interest in the client’s environment
- You will work closely together with the client managers on specific clients
- Primarily office-based, you will use a variety of methods such as cold calling, telephonic meetings, email correspondence and webcasts to present new and additional offerings to clients
- Degree in commercial sciences or economy
- A first experience in Sales is appreciated but not mandatory
- Fluent in French OR Dutch and English
- An excellent communicator
- Highly proactive and committed
- Passionate about sales
- Result-oriented and continually improving on the sales performance
- Salary depending on your current level of experience
