The client, a player on his market, is looking for a Group Account Manager to join his team.

The Group Account Manager will be in charge of the following tasks:
- Together with the sales team you are responsible for achieving set commercial objectives for the various brands in our portfolio.
- You develop a short and long-term account strategy and you prepare promotional budgets in collaboration with the marketing managers.
- You maintain customer relationships and build long-term relationships with the wholesale distribution - F1 retail - where you negotiate with various discussion partners.
- In short, a versatile and responsible position, in which enthusiasm and collaboration are important.
- The team in which you come to work consists of 8 people, consisting of experienced Sales and Marketing employees. You manage the Account team (4 people) and work closely with the Marketing Manager, who, just like you, reports directly to the Commercial Manager.
- You have a Masters degree.
- You are trilingual Dutch / English / French
- You have at least 8 years of relevant work experience in an F1 Key Account Management position.
- You can look back on a solid experience in managing Key Account Managers and a field team.
- Experience in the fresh / dairy category is necessary. Experience with impulse and / or e-commerce are a plus.
- You are analytical, result-oriented, show initiative and a sense of responsibility. You also have excellent relational and communication skills.
- MS Office has no secrets for you.
