As Global Service Manager, your goal is to make sure that the company meets all of its service and contractual duties to allocated portfolio. You ensure customers retention and satisfaction, profitable growth.
Some of your tasks and responsabilities are the following :
- You own service relationship
- You take leadership of the Service capability aligned to nominated accounts on a daily basis
- You Provide service delivery to customers
- You identify opportunities for revenue growth
The ideal profile has the following:
- You have at least 8 years of experience within the Telecom industry
- Customer and results-oriented appraoch
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent communication skills
- You have a ITIL certification
- You are autonomous
- You are at ease within international environments
- You travel abroad (25%)
