Our customer is an international Telecom & ICT provider servicing typically multinational accounts through full Connectivity and Digital Transformation Solutions.
In order to reinforce the Sales team we are currently hiring an Account Director who will join the team responsible for the European Institutions.
- Take revenue streaming accountability of the European Institutions accounts
- Drive revenue and service portfolio growth
- Both local sites and group relationships management
- Management of ressources, budgetand focus allocations
- Lead and coordinate the Matrix work group in charge of the accounts (Service, Projects, Engineering, Finance, etc)
- Excellent ability to translate Strategic & Business plans into Execution
- Build and drive account mapping plan
- At least 15 years experience in ICT/Telco out of which at few years experience in managing complex Customers’ ecosystem
- Experience in complex multinational Account mapping
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Leadership competences coupled
- Good ability to lead execution and changes
- Fluent English
- Good global knowledge in complex solutions covering Connectivity, Outsourcing and Digital Transformation
- 120k – 140k OTE yearly + full package
