For one of our clients, a real estate company located in Watermael-Boitsfort, Hays Office Professionals is currently looking for a Management Assistant to assist two directors and the sales department.
You will be in charge of different administrative tasks. First, you will manage the agendas of the General Director and the Commercial Director. Moreover, you will be assisting the sales team. The main responsibility lies in managing the offer prices. You will be responsible for ensuring that the requirements of the specifications are met and that the files are correctly created.
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, you have a very good knowledge of Dutch, and French. Besides, you have an good knowledge of the MS Office programs. You are accurate, energetic, assertive and flexible. Moreover you are detail oriented and a great communicator.
