everis is looking for a Customer Support Agent, that is fluent in both French and Dutch, for one of our clients in Braine-l'Alleud.
- You will support the customers (small and medium enterprises, as well as private customers) on a software platform of our client.
- You will assure the follow up by phone and via email of customer reports using different digital platforms.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Experience in customer support/care or call center experience.
- Fluent in Dutch and French. At least a C1 level is required in both speaking and writing. English is a plus.
- You have experience with service desk / help desk.
- You are familiar working with digital platforms/CRM.
- You are experienced with updating the administration of your customer service in digital tools.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- You are a teamplayer, accurate and discrete.
