For an innovative SaaS company, Hays Sales & Marketing is looking for a Customer Success Manager. This is a Belgian company, specialized in Marketing Automation and offering a complete, modern solution to its clients' marketing needs. The company has been active in Belgium for a number of years and has now grown enough to take the next step in its development and recruit a Customer Success Manager.
As a Customer Success Manager, your main objective is to be in charge of a specific client portfolio in all regions of Belgium. Your clients will be medium to large companies, mainly active in B2C businesses such as FMCG, Media or Retail. Given the complexity of the Marketing Automation solution developed by the company, you will need to work through a long sales cycle - up to a year, in order to analyze all the clients' needs and projects, present to them a tailor-made solution that suits them perfectly and to ensure the success of the customer journey. To do so, you will have the support of various internal departments and technical experts. Your objective will be met once you have settled the strategy and the client has accepted your proposal and you will then transfer the project to a team of Account Managers.
For this position, we are looking for a trilingual (NL-FR-EN) candidate with a proven track record in B2B in a consultative commercial role in CRM or digital Marketing services. We're looking for candidates with a very strong interest in Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing and/or CRM. Given the very dynamic culture of the company, we are looking for someone with a true entrepreneurial spirit, able to demonstrate proactivity and creativity and with excellent communication skills in order to reach the goals.
