- Manage problems (complains, billing, delivery,..)
- Build strong relations with you clients in order to deliver the best experience

Profil du candidat
The perfect Customer Service Spercialist candidate:
- You are perfeclty french speaking. Good knowledge of dutch.
- You already have a first successfull experience in a client related function (ideally in the retail sector)
- You have an entrepreurial mindset, no nonsense and take action.
- You have to ambition to deliver the best service to your clients
- Teamspirit is a must!
