For one of our clients, an international transportation company located in Brussels, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Officer to reinforce their team. The company is renowned and has offices throughout Europe!
You are trilingual French English Dutch
You have at least 2 year of experience in Customer Care
You have good knowledge of MS Office applications
You are solution oriented and can work autonomously
You have excellent communication skills
You are flexible and willing to work shifts 6:00 to 14:00 or 14:00 to 22:00 or 10:00 to 18:00
You are the “voice” of the company and manage international clients’ requests
You manage the follow-up of client requests accordingly to the quality standards that have been set
You update the client file for the continuous enhancement of the company’s client care program
You participate in internal working groups and elaborate client care related projects
A permanent contract
