As a Bid Officer, you set up the specifications by collecting all the necessary documents, inventories and forms and you ensure the coordination of all the stakeholders, internal and external, until the submission of the offers.

- You set up the specifications by collecting all the necessary documents, inventories and forms
- You ensure the coordination of the various stakeholders, internal and external, until the submission of offers
- You are in contact with our supplier partners for price requests
- You ensure the proper follow-up of the specifications obtained, in close collaboration with the Account Managers
- You have a high school diploma and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- You have a very good oral and written knowledge of Dutch and French. A knowledge of English is a plus
- You are ready to develop your skills in the IT field
- You are organized, methodical and respect deadlines
- You are enterprising, dynamic and resistant to stress
- Your proof of collaboration and act in real teamplayer
- You are customer oriented and make sure to maintain good professional relations in order to satisfy the customer.
