We are currently recruiting an Administrative and Commercial Assistant for a small company located in the North-East of Brussels.
- Handle the general administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Answering telephone requests from customers or potential customers
- Preparation of offers, purchase orders, invoicing
- Follow-up on commercial procedures
- Follow-up of the technical team and follow-up of the planning
- Stock management (2 inventories per year, stock status report) and vehicle management
- Various administrative tasks
- Native French speaker or equivalent, English and Dutch
- You have a previous experience as an Administrative and/or Commercial Assistant, or you are a motivated first jobber
- You have excellent communications skills
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- You are solution oriented and can work autonomously
